The DentalPlus Enhanced plan provides coverage for extensive dental work with recall exams every 6 months, as well as vision, health care, travel, accidental death and dismemberment, and survivor benefits. Dental Coverage Coverage includes fillings, cleanings, scalings, examinations, polishing, and most extractions, with recall visits every 6 months. The following table lists the coverage amounts:
