This coverage provides the following benefits:

  1 $500 max. every 3 benefit years to cover the costs of prescription lenses, frames, and contact lenses, including $100 toward laser eye surgery.

1 $30 max. for Optometrist fees every 2 benefit years. This benefit is payable only after your Provincial Health Insurance Plan maximums have been reached, if applicable.

1 Eyeglasses are covered against breakage and scratches by a repair guarantee for a period of 3 benefit years. This warranty applies to lenses and frames purchased under the Vision benefit of your Flexcare policy.
