Physiotherapist: $250 max. each anniversary year. HomeCare and Nursing, Prosthetic Appliances, Durable Medical Equipment: $2,500 max. each anniversary year for each of the 3 benefit categories. Note: $225 max. each anniversary year for Orthotics, which is part of Durable Medical Equipment. Speech Pathologist/Therapist: $60 max. for your first visit and $40 max. each subsequentvisit for up to 10 visits each anniversary year. Lifeline Personal Response Service: lifetime max. of 3 months of service, not includinginstallation fee. A simple press of a button, worn in the home, alerts our 24-hour monitoringservice that help is needed. Accidental Dental: $2,000 max. each anniversary year. Ambulance: unlimited ground transportation to hospital and $4,000 max. for air ambulance transportation each anniversary year. This benefit is payable only after your Provincial Health Insurance Plan maximums have been reached, if applicable.   Hearing Aid: $400 max. every 4 benefit years. Seniors' Adjustment 
If you are 65 or older, your Extended Health Care (Basic) benefits have the following changes:

Speech Pathologist/Therapist visits increase from 10 to 15 visits per anniversary year.   Lifeline benefit increases to a lifetime maximum of 6 months, not including the installation fee.
