FollowMe (formerly ConversionPlus) is for people leaving an existing group health and dental plan due to retirement, layoff, or other reason. The FollowMe family of health and dental plans offers solid protection no matter who provided your previous group health and dental coverage. Regardless of your age, as long as you apply within 60 days of your loss of group benefits, no medical information is required.

You can select from 1 of 4 FollowMe plans; Basic, Enhanced, Enhanced Plus, and Premiere.
